Right-wing judicial activist Leonard facilitated a deal whereby Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway sold her company to Creative Response Concepts while she was involved in picking a nominee for the Supreme Court.

At the time, CRC was also bringing in millions of dollars from dark money groups to promote Leo's picks. "
