NM Court finds man ineligible for public office after participating in insurrection


Cuoy Griffin held public office in NM and took an oath to the U.S. Constitution. A NM judge found that he participated in insurrection against the United States and barred him holding any office of trust in NM or the U.S. under section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
