The author pinpoints election administration subversion as a new Constitutional threat from the current GOP; however, he errs in implying that voter suppression is not a threat when he says that “turnout is not associated with partisan advantage.” GOP does its research and employs voter roll purges, ID requirements, manipulation of elections resources to create long lines to create a differential advantage.
